Return & Exchange

Returns

• If you are not satisfied or wish to change your mind, you may return the item within 3 days of receipt. The item must be in original condition, unused, and with the original invoice. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

• For items purchased within 1 year and in showroom condition: 20% deduction applies.

• For items purchased within 2 years and in reusable condition: 30% deduction applies.

• For items purchased within 3 years or more and in reusable condition: 40% deduction applies.

• Additional repair charges may apply upon inspection.

• Customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

• The Wai Jade reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase, for one-time only. The item must be in original condition, with invoice and any free gifts included. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

• Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value. No refund will be issued if the exchanged item is of lower value.

• Customized products cannot be exchanged.
